Simpson to hold handbell concert

Carillons Handbell choirs and Simpson University’s Handbell Choir will present the first annual Redding Handbell Festival at 4:30 p.m. next Saturday in the university’s Heritage Center, 2211 College View Drive in Redding. Guest conductor is Shosh Meyer. The free performance features sacred, secular, African, holiday and spiritual songs. Individual choirs will perform solo numbers.
