ROCKPORT (Nov 14): Penobscot Bay Ringers, the only community handbell choir in the immediate Midcoast area, has formed.

This five-octave handbell choir plays on Malmark handbells and also plays five octaves of Malmark handchimes. Membership is by audition; the group practices weekly in Rockport.
