I have a Schulmerich A6 that I would like to sell. I
purchased it in 2005 as a gift for the 2 octave church choir
I was directing at the time, but right about the time that
the bell arrived I started to lose ringers and eventually
that program fizzled to only a small handful of ringers.
So…long story short, I never ended up donating the bell to
that church because it was no longer needed. The bell has
gotten occasional light use since then when I’ve needed to
double a position in my other choirs, but other than that
it’s been sitting on my desk wrapped in a towel. Time for
it to find a new home.
If you have a two octave choir, this A6 will allow you to
have 8 ringers, each with a standard two bell assignment
(and much of the 2-3 octave music will work very well).
The bell has a gold handguard, black handle with gold braid,
and the clapper is select-a-strike. I still have the
receipt to confirm that it was purchased in 2005. New, this
bell would cost $186.00 – I am asking $150, but that would
include shipping to anywhere in the United States or
Canada. I am happy to ship alsewhere as well – we can
negotiate shipping in that case. If $150 is too much – MAKE
ME AN OFFER:-)
