2009 marks the 250th anniversary of the birth of Robert Burns who penned the lyrics of many songs. This year has been designated by the Scottish Government as Homecoming Scotland 2009, as a way of celebrating some of the things which have made an impact elsewhere, including music. Dunblane Cathedral Handbell Ringers are presenting a concert of Scottish music for handbells. This will be on Monday 16th March at 7.30pm in Dunblane Cathedral. The music presented will include:

This concert is in aid of Stirling Royal Infirmary Healthy Hearts Club which supports former patients of the cardiac rehabilitation programme.
