Multiple Musical Minds

2009 Spring Concert Series

 

Houston Bronze Ensemble invites you to join them for a fun and engaging

concert titled Multiple Musical Minds.  All pieces in the concert are

original compositions or arrangements by Margaret R. Tucker and Arnold B.

Sherman.  Through their exceptional musicianship, the Houston Bronze

Ensemble will reveal the depth of these two masters, skilled in composing in

a variety of styles from jazz to country to classical to Americana.  It will

include Bell Hop Boogie and Blues, Hoedown for Handbells, How Can I Keep

from Singing, and Song of Peace.  There will be two concerts for the public.

Suggested donation is $10 for adults and $5 for students/children.  Tickets

are available at the door.

 

Houston Bronze Ensemble is a professional auditioned handbell ensemble

comprised of musicians from the greater Houston area, including Angleton,

Katy, Lake Jackson, La Porte, Pearland, Spring, and Tomball.  Ben Harris

serves as the Musical Director.

 

The goal of Houston Bronze is to bring a distinctive level of expertise and

artistry of English Handbell Ringing through concerts and educational
