Director Auditions

Chicago Bronze is an accomplished community English handbell ensemble from the Chicago, Illinois area.  Since 1999 we have brought the art of handbell music to the Chicago area and beyond.  Our concert events highlight the variety of our instrument and are enjoyed by music lovers of all ages.  Besides concert performances which have included ringing this past year with the Ars Viva Symphony Orchestra our other activities have been recording our own Chicago Bronze CDs, making demo disks for a well known handbell music publishers’ annual catalogs and presenting handbell workshops to the ringer community, the most recent which was held earlier this month (May).

On August 16^th and 23^rd we will be holding open auditions for directors who enjoy a challenge and would be interested in joining us.  Auditions will be at 7:30 p.m. at our rehearsal site in Arlington Heights, a northwest suburb of Chicago.
